OK, you two. You've gone and done it. You've sent the news around the world that you're getting married! You'll be stuck with each other FOREVER by 6 p.m. November 8. Uh, make that "You'll live happily ever after November 8."
That gives me how many more days to learn to spell Lazkarzewski? Did I do it? OK, how long before I can pronounce it fast three times? You have to give us first baby boomers extra time (consider the minds of George dubya, Hillary, and Bill), We're all past 60, you know. And you've given me only five years to practice! (Know a good special ed teacher?)
Yes, Megan, it's your excited, corny, happy mother who is telling you both again how happy I am about this wedding! I'll finally be a motherinlaw. One of those wonderful ones. And I'll have the son I've always wanted, Seth (you've even passed the handyman around my house test).
I'll see you in a couple of weeks. We're going to find your dress!
